Planning a service visit: an Orlando property checklist
Make the conversation before your appointment more useful with a simple checklist for access, scheduling and questions about the proposed work.

Choose a contact for the visit
Decide who will speak with the team, provide entry and review the work being proposed. If a landlord, property manager or business owner must approve the service, arrange that conversation before an appointment is confirmed. Share the best phone number for arrival coordination and your preferred language.
Explain access before the appointment
Let us know about gates, parking rules, pets, stairs and areas with restricted entry. For commercial properties, mention occupied workspaces and the hours when access can be arranged. Tell us about equipment locations you already know, without entering unfamiliar spaces or moving appliances yourself.
Separate questions from assumptions
Write down the concern you want addressed and any questions about the system. If you are unsure whether cleaning or an inspection is the right starting point, say so. Ask which components can be reviewed and which are outside the proposed scope. An inspection request is not a promise that every concealed part of a system can be accessed.
Review the estimate together
Before work begins, discuss what is included, any preparation requested and how inaccessible sections will be handled. Ask how findings will be explained and how proposed changes will be approved. If several services are being discussed, keep their scopes separate so it is clear what each covers.
Confirm timing and follow-up
Check the agreed appointment arrangements and how to contact the team if access changes. Same-day availability depends on the location and proposed work; sending a request alone does not reserve a visit. After the appointment, keep the service information and ask about any next steps specific to your property. Contact US FRESH AIR for a free estimate in English or Spanish.
